The service

PitiWidget provides an embeddable mortgage payment calculator and a dashboard to configure it and receive leads. We may update the service over time.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial with a card collected up front; you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel. Subscriptions renew monthly and are billed via Stripe. Cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period, after which the widget reverts to a free “powered-by” mode rather than breaking your page.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service unlawfully, misrepresent the estimates as loan offers, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it. You're responsible for content and leads collected through your widget.

Your leads belong to you

Contact information submitted through your calculator is yours. We act solely as a processor: we store it so we can deliver it to you, and we do not sell, license, share, rent, or market to it, and we do not use it to contact borrowers for any purpose of our own. We do not use your leads to train models or to build any dataset we make available to anyone else. If you close your account, your leads are deleted with it.

Estimates, not advice

The calculator provides estimates for informational purposes only and is not a loan offer, pre-qualification, or financial advice. Figures may differ from actual loan terms.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, PitiWidget is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
